Dear all,

 

Crucial days are coming infront of us starting tomorrow. Specially for the cultural event we need to cordinate everything.

I am still at office due to production support and god knows when it will be over. I am sorry that I still have not sent out

the task distribution list yet. I will do that first thing tomorrow morning.

 

However, for tomorrow I think below are the things we need to accomplish.

 

1. Bharat ji and kamal please help Prapti ji for the dance practice at 11:00 am in the morning.

2. Please get the name details of the potential dancers ( kids age 10-15)

3.Prapti ji please cordinate with Prabhat dai for the adult folks dance.

5.shiva please Cordinate the time to go to Irving art center for the stage evaluation

       a. Micro phones and walki talkie

       b. exit/entry evaluation

       c. stage in and out for artists

        d. vip sitting

6. Dhana bahini, please come up with the Dance team that prapti ji mentioned about and help her any possible way you can.

7.All those things you may think we should be doing.

 

I will try to be there if time ( production deployment) permits, if not folks please make this happen for tomorrow, I will share the maximum load later on.
