Hey Guys Im writing this mail just so that you understand what your roles will be like while I am away at IC . The 3 of you will be in charge of the commission
Pranav - North& East LCs
Zennia - South LCs
Summit - West & Central LCs
You guys will be ensuring that all LCs in your region have
1.Filled the National Exchange Tracker
2.Got all their video & written materail for each EP ( Check the tracker for cross reference)
3. Found a language partner & a university for enrollment certificates
Make sure that the 3 of you schedule a call with each LC in your region to check the above(get your own LCs to do this asap) as well as to understand how the LCs are doing and what support can we provide them as a national team.Help them with the question and queries they might have .
Deadline for getting the no 2 & 3 doen is 23rd. The 1st needs to happen NOW .
Focus areas for the next 15 days
Pranav- Training sessions for LC as per the requirements mentioned in the tracker (You can use Zennia & Sumits help as well in delivering these sessions)
Driving down the SOP by conducting webinars for the VP,TL members etc on each SOP block from the wiki
Zennia - US Capitalization -Be in touch with Rachit from here onwards.Make sure the appointments happen in the US . Follow up with him while on the trip and before to ensure we raise TNs for AIESEC India
Sumit - Executing the Job Portal pilot project with Mumbai,NM & Pune and compiling the output of the project .
Please be in touch with each other and use the nst google group for any communication . Ask the VPs from your regions to minute your calls, training's and post the minutes on this group. We might not have the best internet service at IC and hence yall might not be able to reach me at times.
