Hey 

      After reading this I think it would be best to pilot this first we a couple of LCs first . Like you mentioned I think it would be best if Mumbai,Navi Mumbai & Pune go ahead with it and based on the results we can encourage LCs to take it forward. I sugest you draft a mail to the respective LCVPs and CC the LCPs,Ramita and I attaching the research document and how & why we think this will work. The mail needs to convince and show them value in this pilot project . Once we get them on board we will put down guidelines on how we want to use monster.com and which TNs we will promote based on the LC-LC cooperation the LCs have .

Let me know when the mail is ready . Post that we can do a skype chat wtih the 3 LCs
