1-You need to go through the database . Check company profiles and see if its feasible to raise a TN with the company and if we can supply EPs for the same .
2-Make proposals for the different country backgrounds.Check what the AIESEC US proposal for TN takers is like ,financial structure ,you probably have to get in touch with an LC in AIESEC US
3- Make list of how to sell and Indian?India to an employer/company .What is the USP of an Indian.
