It was a stunning opening match for team NSSCE.
We got the toss and elected to field. Superb spells from our bowlers and excellent field positions from captain Ratheesh which helped to restrict them for 136/9 in 20 overs.
It was a tricky score, so we have started in a safe mode but somewhere we lost the momentum which created pressure on batsmen for quick runs.
But we came back with game changing sixers from Prasanth Rajan which followed by another Prasanth (KT) and finished the match in style with a huge six out of the park. I must say it was a nail biting finish, we need 12 runs in the final over and we made it in 4 balls.
Prasanth K T was the super man and got the man of the match trophy.
