recognized a group for Winter term.

Claire Barnes has found 4 other grad students besides herself who will
be on the grad panel. Discussed and agreed to food being provided at
panel. Discussed gifts for grad students on panel; exact gifts still
being decided.
Grad Panel 11/24, 12pm – 1pm in Smith 236

IV. Holiday Party:
Will be held at Paccini’s on 12/5, starting around 5pm. Social
Committee will reserve front room.

V. Finals Study Session:
Will be held on Dec 5th around 2:30pm. When exact time and date are
decided it will be announced. NSSLHA members wanting pizza bring $5
each.
Rik volunteered his anatomy models.

VI. Committees/Ideas and Proposals
A list of who is on what committee will be emailed to all NSSLHA
members.
Ideas for next term were discussed. The Advocacy committee suggested a
speaker on Downs Syndrome for Winter term.
May is SPHR month. Discussed possibly having free hearing screenings
done.
Ideas were discussed for ways for new students to find out about types
of grad school programs available and study abroad programs.

VII. Food Drive
NSSLHA will be holding a food drive for families in our local school
system from now until Dec. 12th.
There will be a container outside of Dr. Lemoncello’s office to put
food in. If anyone wants more information contact the Advocacy
