Greetings from NSS IIT Delhi,

All students are requested to take a note of the following information from Prof. M. R. Ravi ( Associate Dean Curriculum) regarding NSS/NCC/NSO.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OF 2013 AND EARLIER ENTRY

Dear students,

I had once earlier informed all of you that it is essential to complete the requirements of NSO/ NSS/ NCC by the fourth registered semester and the following summer, failing which registration to the subsequent semester would not be allowed. Please note the following with reference to the same:

1. All UG students of 2013 and prior entries (B.Tech, Dual degree, Integrated MTech) should complete their requirements of NSO / NSS / NCC latest by this June and get their S grade awarded by the respective coordinator.

2. In case any of these students have a Z grade at the time of beginning of I semester 2015-16, all their pre-registrations (that you would do in the coming week: await another notice about it shortly) will be deleted, and their add-drop process would be locked. If that means you lose one semester, so be it. NO RELAXATION OF THIS CONDITION WOULD BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

3. Given the above conditions, please make sure that you do the needful to complete your requirements before the given deadline. Please note that you have all been enrolled into one of the three (if you have not already got an S grade in one of them). It should be visible to you under "My course Schedule". In case of problems contact UG section for help.

I hope you would all cooperate, and avoid any strong action as mentioned above from being taken.
