NATURE WALK AT IIT CAMPUS

What is a nature walk and why are they so beneficial? In a nutshell, it is getting outside, observing and enjoying nature. While simple to define, the possibilities are endless which can make it hard to pin down sometimes. IIT Campus is home to a large diversity of plants and bird species. This nature walk will primarily focus on trees. The aim of this walk is:
· To Enjoy Nature and Its Creator!
· Develop Observation Skills
· Act as Stress Reducer
· Improve Concentration
Volunteers will keenly observe all the plant species to get an insight of flora present in the campus. Interested students can register here. There are limited seats. Deadline for registration is 12th Feb’18 10:00 PM.
NOTE:
· Volunteers need to assemble at Adhchini Gate (NCERT gate). Reporting time is 08:45 AM.
· Those who want can get their notebooks, binoculars, and cameras along.
· Wearing shoes is compulsory.
· Confirmation for walk will be sent via confirmation mails.
