build for centos

Hi, 
I am trying to test if this works for centos. But seems like .spec file for nsscache and libnss_cache are broken. Do you have updated url to download and build these rpms.

Those spec files are all there are.  If you'd like to fix them to make them work again, that would be greatly appreciated.
