Hello!
As your freshie year rapidly draws to an end, it is time to run the last lap as an NSS volunteer!
Projects close, credits accumulate and events end at this time of the year. So here is a quick update!
The last two events of this academic year will be happening this week.
Please do attend the Origami Workshop that will be held on Tuesday, 9th April 2013, at 7:00 PM in the CRC ground floor rooms.
Attending the workshop itself carries no credits, but the things you make during the workshop, if submitted to us, will be credited.
Also, the DOS Collection for April will happen on Sunday, 14th April 2013, and as usual, will begin at 9:00 AM. Volunteers of all hostels are welcome to participate.
For those of you who are yet to hear of it, the NSS Open House is going to be held on the 20th of April 2013 (Saturday), and it will be the beginning of the end of all things related to NSS. The activities of NSS will officially close for this academic year during the Valedictory function.
So we have project displays, event statistics, photos, magazines, write-ups and publications. What else do we need?
We need people!
More importantly, we need YOU!!!
If you are enthusiastic about displaying to the world (well, our world - the campus and its residents :D) what Team NSS has achieved over the last 8 months, and you want to contribute to the event and add to it your personal touch, then you are exactly what we are looking for!
If you have some cool ideas that could be implemented during the Open House, please feel free to point us in the right direction.
If you have an eye for colour and a creative mind , you might be the ambi god we're desperately hunting for!
Or if you simply enjoy working in a team, you'll fit right in :)
For those of you thinking of re-joining NSS next year, as a managerial team member, or a PR, this might be a good opportunity to get a feel for the way things work.

P.S: A lot of you have been asking us about the website and the updating of credit details. We are terribly sorry about the delay, but thanks to some technical issues, it will probably take a couple more days for the website to be up and functional again. Meanwhile, please do not worry about your credit updates. As soon as the website is up, it will be done in no time.
