Dear Volunteers

Hope your projects are going on well!

We would like to inform you all that the Valedictory Function will be held on 20th April (Saturday) 2013 after the Open House. It will act as the official closing ceremony for all NSS activities for the year. The venue and time for the same will be intimidated later.

Please note that all NSS Projects close with the Valedictory Function and your credits status as on 19th April (Friday) in the NSS website will be considered for the Pass/Fail list (X/Y grade). Any credits uploaded afterwards will not be considered.

The cutoff of 85 credits (alongwith 45 in Projects and 30 in Events category) will be strictly adhered to. No relaxation of any sort will be provided including for non first year volunteers (however, they can earn 85 credits either from projects/events). Make sure you attend all the remaining project sessions/trips to earn the required cutoff.

We have also been receiving requests for events credits upload well beyond the deadline for the online complaints form. A meet will be conducted to individually address any Events credits related issues. If possible, please come with required validation to help us address your issues faster. The details are as follows :-

Date :- 23rd March (Saturday)
Venue :- CRC 102.

All queries/discrepancies related to events credits (for all events until 23rd March) will be settled on this date and no more complaints will be entertained beyond.

Mind it , you have to earn double the credits you are lagging behind this year in the next year, if you fail this time!!
