nss diary content

as u all know mid sem evaluation will be done after u submit nss
diary....it should be submitted by 4th so complete the diary as per
the inform given below

1 jan- went to village for proposal making(3 hrs)
5 jan- attended nss meeting about proposal discussion and nation youth
week discussion(2 hrs)
12 jan-attended national youth day celebration(3 hrs)
15 jan-nss rally(3 hrs)
22 jan-collected and gave drawing materials (3 hrs)
26 jan-republic day celebration(3 hrs)
28-jan-nss function (4hrs)

complete the diary and get it signed from me by tomorrow...write a
short note on what happened in each occasion.. just 3 lines.. and dont
keep present in every class mark 1 day absent as per ur wish.

Homogeneity of diary of all members is essential so I am posting a brief account of each day's activity here.You may shorten it further but don't write anything apart from those given here. ..(Aditya and Sujith had done some extra works so they should contact me before writing their diary ..my ph no:9775051559)

Attendance of 

1) 12 th jan is already with Prof Gautham Saha ,he had posted it in intinno.

2)15 jan is with our prof 

3)22 jan is also with our professor 

4)those uploaded by Prannoy is with professor.

so write your diary accordingly.If you were absent on those days don't write diary note for those days,you will be caught red handed 

January 1 (budget preparation)

We reached the village by 9:30 AM.We went around the village  interacted with some of the villagers about the various problems faced by them.We sorted out the worries which could be met with our Rs 10000 budget.Those were

1) Earlier Kuchalachati panchayat used to supply water to this village through a tap.Due to some complaint with the tap ,water supply     remains suspended.

2)Lights in school weren't working.

3)Repairing a well..We measured the dimensions of well and went to a shop in prembazar  and enquired about the labour and capital cost

January 15

You can get details from intinno.All the Program officers were present on that day so attendance is already given to the prof .So write the diary accordingly..I think that only me,Sanjay, and Prannoy were present on that day...I'm not sure but I have list of roll numbers of entire CC group,if anyone else were present, post it in this thread so that i can cross check it. 

January 22

Prof had asked to take the photograph of the visiting team as a proof of attendance.He has that photograph with him.

only 4 were present on that day viz..me,Swami,Samuel and Nishant...

We had visited the school and has invited the teachers for 27 Jan function.We have also distributed the drawing materials and has asked them to conduct the competition as per the rules given by Prof Gautam Saha in Intinno.We also took a group photograph of teachers and students infront of school,which are to be displayed in the 27 Jan function.Prof Gautam Saha had given us an additional task of doing the same thing in Kuchala Chati village also,as the concerned  leader was absent that day
