Date : April 16, 2011 (Saturday)
Time : 9:30-10:30 AM (All should be seated by 9:15 AM. Nobody will be
allowed after 9:45 AM)
Venue (against unit named after initial of program officers):
V1 - SD, AG
V2 - CC (larger group)
V3 - SSD
V4 - RSC
F116 - MR, SH
F127 - DR
S301 - ST, PG
S302 - DS, PS
Syllabi : Section A will be on philosophy of NSS, Section B will be on
NSS field work as a whole which is posted on intinno, published in
nnewsletter, nss blog (http://nssiitkgp.blogspot.com), NSS Official
website at IIT Kharagpur's main page, your interaction with volunteers
of other groups and quarterly reports shared by all units. You will
find Part I uploaded with this announcement. Part II will be uploaded
by Monday as you yourself hasten the process of quarterly report
submission by working with respective program officers.
2. Please email signed index page of your NSS Diary in last week of
April and definitely before May 02, 2011. The submission procedure
(email id, subject line etc.) will be similar to mid-sem submission.
