Let us celebrate Valentine’s day in a different way this time around.
Show your valentine that you have a caring heart and earn a rose as a gift for your valentine.
And if you are single or you don’t believe in celebrating Valentine’s day, donate blood for the sake of humanity.

Some FAQs about Blood Donation:
Q. How will I feel after I donate?
A. Most people feel great after giving blood. If you feel any abnormal symptoms, let a staff member at the blood drive know. You should avoid lifting heavy objects or strenuous exercise for the next 24 hours; otherwise you can resume full activity as long as you feel well.
Q. What are the minimum requirements to become a blood donor?
A. Generally, you must be at least 18 years of age, a minimum of 110 pounds, and in basic good health.
Q. How long does the donation take?
A.The procedure is done by skilled, specially trained doctors/nurses and takes three to eight minutes. However, from start to finish (filling form, post donation rest, etc) the entire process should take 20 to 30 minutes.
