Some requests: 
Please correct the web link to http://nss-bits-pilani.org/youthcon/
Add a summary of all contact info in footer: Email, Website, Phone No of Toshi di and Lohia bhaiya. 
Change font to Trebuchet / Georgia/ Verdana / Any sans serif font. Keep 2 different fonts for title and main body, but should resemble each other. 
Remove bold in main text. 
The left hand design has reduced legibility of text towards the end where it overlaps, as well as NSS logo.
Can we reduce the opacity of design? 
No PURPLE please!

1. The phone no font, keep it Arial or something similar. 

The footers are always (by convention) written as :

Write the cover letter. Make it crisp, concise and appealing. Try to keep the main body under 70 words.

With this vision, NSS BITS Pilani aims at organising Youth Conference 2k14 an event which will be one of its kind hosting a series of guest lecture ,panel discussions ,debates ,paper presentation and NSS convention and we seek papers and panel proposals for our Paper Presentations .
