Hi
Here's another opportunity for the design people. Your next assignment is to design a tshirt instead of the poster given by Krati for this week (though the ones who have already sent their posters will get attendence for them too).
So design a tshit for NSS. The tshirt could contain a maximum of 2 colours(though a single colour would be preferred) aprt from the base colour of the cloth.Try keeping the base colour to be light

If possible WE MIGHT BE SELLING THESE TSHIRTS DURING COGNI

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION: 27 FEBRUARY, 2011
TIME: 10PM
MODE OF SUBMISSION: Send the reduced copy of the design via mail. I will take psd from the person whose design is selected.

Regards

Another thing is that try using a background colour in which we clothes are usually available e.g. say, white. And once again, prefer using one colour to the use of 2 colours as  an extra colour would increase the tshirt cost marginallly.
Apt attendence would be awarded according to the quality of work done by you.

FRONT IS "FANTASTIC " .
BUT RETHINK BACK.just work more on the combination red + black is generally used in some "rocking type " things .
by the way . NICE attempt .keep it up.

Actually you are right
@Pavithran: Fantastic effort. Your best is really the best!
See, the design part is really very good. But, the problem is that, using three or more colours would marginally increase our cost. So, are you having any better option instead of the heart thing.
And in the front, write-'not for me but for nation' in English only. Nahi toh log kahin ye mat samjhein ki tum kisi doosri bhasha mein unhe gaali se rahe ho.(Just Joking).
And once again...Thumbs up for your design....

Hey, I received one more entry from a first yearite. I am attaching it also. All the cell members, please keep on pouring in your comments and suggestions.

@Gaurav: I think the collar might mar the beauty of Pavithran's design

@other designers: Hey, Please send your designs asap so that we can have suggestions of the other cell members and the designed can be finalised by the morning.

Cheers!!

Good work by Obuli too. Though the design on the back of this tshirt is again not very much satisfactory.

Hi
Here's a better version of the same design. I think this should be the final one.
Any suggestions, please mail by 9pm so that things can be finalised.

We can try it out. I wanted to incorporate Gaurav's suggestion and doing it this way, it seemed to beautify the work further.
Ans since we are going to get these tshirts printed, so, any model will be available. The problem only is the cost. We try to find out the best possible outcome.

Very Well tried Vignesh, an excellent design
But I personally feel that NSS is more of an organization which works more and shows less. Though Of course the work of your cell is to show the work of NSS to the general public but don't you think that the sign speaks a bit more than what it is expected to do. Excessive use of white color and including the names of all the cells which are not much significant for anyone outsider should not be on the t-shirt.
