it is our responsibility to pass on our knowledge to those who are deprived of it due to financial constraints.

About Aarohan

Aarohan is a Teaching project of NSS IITD in which we teach Physics, Chemistry and Maths to the underprivileged students preparing for 12th Boards, JEE mains and JEE Advanced. But being from a financially weak background it becomes difficult for them to attain good education.So, we guide these students and help them through their studies.

About the Volunteering Opportunity

The selected volunteers will need to teach and guide the students of Aarohan Teaching Project and be their friends in achieving the goal of clearing JEE. These students are bright and need some friends who can help them in their difficult situations.

1. The classes will be held in IIT itself which will be based on preparing the students for Boards, JEE Mains and Advance.
   
2. One volunteer will teach one subject (from Physics, Chemistry and Maths) for at least 6 to 8 hours every week.
   
3. After every class, a 10 minutes doubt session would be held to clear the doubts of the students immediately.
   
4. Volunteers have to prepare and conduct weekly tests followed by discussion and doubt clearing session.
5. Apart from this, every volunteer will be allotted students whom they will mentor.

Duration: Semester Long
