About Toys from Trash:

Toys From Trash is an initiative where a group of volunteers spends some time with kids making learning fun for them using science-based toys.

These toys serve two purposes - 

• These toys are helpful to explain subtle science concepts to students and arouse curiosity in their minds. 
• These toys bring a smile on the faces of the kids who cannot afford them but instead they can make them on their own.

About Volunteering :

Volunteers are required to use their JEE knowledge to innovate new ideas and implement them making toys out of waste. When you will make toys, you will get to know how we can use the trash around us to make fun toys and scientific models. These toys are demonstrated to children and will raise an eagerness among them to learn. You will become a part of fun-filled science learning sessions with the children of our various teaching projects.

Moreover, this time we are conducting competitions in schools for students who will get a chance to showcase their work in Kaizen-2017. You will also get a chance to organize these competitions in government schools in and around IIT Delhi.
