Tahoe's Spotlight clipboard recording not working if a 3rd party recorder is active?!

Anyone still on this list?

My app iClip shows a strange behavior on macOS 26(.0.1):

If it's recording in the background, Spotlight's own clipboard recorder appears to be paused.

Does someone know about this? Is there a way to control this, i.e. whether both Apple's and my own recorder can keep working concurrently?
