We've talked at our business meetings about  what we might "do" rather than just talking about doing.  I have a thought.  Last night Scott Ritter spoke at my "church".  He was, among other positions, a UN weapons inspector in Iraq who was firm that there were no WMD there.  His topic last night was regarding whether we might go to war in Iran.

He believes it's imminent and said that everything is already in place for it to happen.  He sees the "window of opportunity" between now and June.

So I was thinking... would anyone be interested in setting up something (we could do it at my "church" for anyone in the community to come and sit in prayer/peace vigil.  The sanctuary is available on Thursday evenings.  I was thinking from maybe 6 to 7:30 or something like that.  Perhaps  music, perhaps candles, perhaps just silence.

What do you all think?

Sorry.  That's the only night our Sanctuary is available.
