CER Consulting, LLC is seeking a consultant with strong legal and technical writing skills to support complex and demanding projects in the defense and national security arena. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver briefs, written analyses, and presentations addressing technical issues and policy considerations in the defense and national security environment.
Minimum qualifications include:
A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field;
Demonstrated expertise in legal and technical writing; and
Operational experience in a national security environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
An advanced degree in law; and
A Top Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required as well as a willingness to undergo a thorough background investigation and screening process.
