Please consider participating in this one time, roughly fifteen-minute survey regarding quiet censorship in Nebraska libraries.

This optional survey is intended primarily for Nebraska school library workers, public library workers, and educators with classroom libraries. You will not be asked to identify yourself or your organization. No questions are mandatory. Numerical results and select written responses will be shared during a presentation on October 6 at the Nebraska Library Association conference in Kearney, then made available through Nebraska Library Association. Completion of the survey indicates your consent to participate.  The survey has 28 questions and should take around 15 minutes to complete depending on the extent of your open-ended answers.
