Provisional Degree

Long time since we saw any activity on this group. First of all I would like to congratulate everyone for their admits! Please let us know if you have got your I20s.
I had a doubt when we would get our provisional degree? I don't think we can take a visa interview without getting a provisional, right?

I know all of you will be neck deep in preparations for exams, but
just wanted to confirm that we will be going into the visa interview
with only 7th sem marksheets, right? Are we getting another letter
from college?
The yahoo group cleared that we wont need provisional, but the 8th sem
result wont be out before July end/August I guess, so do we take
something like a course completion certificate?

Do we get some course completion certificate or something in the
college? Any one got this thing made? I think we will need something
like this in the Visa interview, since we arent giving any provisional
degree or even 8th sem marksheet.
