Your profile looks good. But, I and probably noone can tell you your chances
based on that. It really depends on other applicants as well. But you should
go forward and apply.
You can't really apply for financial aid for MS while applying, as they
clearly say they have no funding for masters students. Thet have one
checkbox in their application which says "Do you wish to be considereed for
financial aid". You can check that. And there is another one that says" Will
you consider admission even if you are not given financial aid" You should
check that too.
RA/TAships come much later once you already have admission.. and you start
writing to profs..
