CSI NSIT is organizing a seminar mainly for first/second/and third
year students who aspire to go abroad for further studies (MBA / MS or
PhD). Mr. Ishan Gupta has kindly accepted our invitation to be a guest
speaker and will be discussing the following themes with the students:

-Why he preferred Stanford business school over others.
-leadership and work experience required to get into Stanford business
school.
-academic environment of Stanford and future career prospects.
-problems faced by engineering graduates in setting up a new venture.
-best way to prepare for GMAT.

In continuation with Mr. Ishan Gutpa's session, speakers who have got
admittance to various MS/PhD course abroad will share their
experiences on various topics which includes:

-Procedure for admission to various PhD/ MS courses abroad,
- Profile of various institutes including courses offered and ranking
systems employed
-Problems faced by students while preparing for GRE
- Kind of projects that are required for admission and what is
expected from the student during the course.
-Essential elements that constitutes a good research paper.
- Problems being faced in publication of research paper in technical
journals
