Whatsapp Photo Auto Download To Gallery

When I open it in Whatsapp, I can click "Show in Galllery" and see that photo is stored in /item/ folder, but can't find it when I open Google Photos app. Also, I can't find it with "Files" app.I attached a screenshot if it helps.
I fell sure that a few years ago I had set up WhatsApp so that it sent any media to my android's photo gallery, and didn't include it as part of my WhatsApp backup. On my current phone all WhatsApp media is being saved to WhatsApp storage (and I can still see it in the Photos app under WhatsApp Images and WhatsApp Video in Library; I would like it all to be saved in my Camera area if this is still possible, but I can no longer find the option.

I actually solved the problem. In Samsung device or take any Android, there is a feature called Storage Booster which automatically deletes unnecessary data as multiple same photos from the device, so you have to turn it off to keep your photos in your destined folder.
To my surprise, absolutely none of the photos had been downloaded on the app. As per my knowledge, whatever auto-download settings are applied to the mobile app, are also followed by the desktop application. But that didn't happen.
