Share Market News The deal does not look expensive. UltraTech bought the two cementplants located at Bela and Sidhi in Madhya Pradesh with a total capacity of 5.3 million tonnes (mt) for a sum of Rs 5,400 crore. The capacity can be scaled up to 7 mt. The deal also includes a captive power plant of 180 mw and commands an enterprise value of Rs 7,500 per tonne, which is in the range of present replacement cost value of Rs 6,500-8,000 per tonne.
