The drug Remdesevir PLUS Zync PLUS Azithromycin PLUS HCQ PLUS Ivermectin is apparently the latest thought in terms of therapeutics.

It has to be administered very early, possibly before the test, on first suspicions, to keep the viral load + illness low.

I would be surprised if we ever get a vaccine for any RNA virus.

But Oxford says their vaccine is already working in monkeys.  There are 10's
of vaccine candidates so we may end up using a lot of different ones.
