Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter
Recruiting for Sales and Operations 
Superstar Recruiter wanted! Are you relentless, innovative and persistent when it comes to developing sourcing methodologies, executing on them, helping make others great and getting results?

If so, we have a position for you that will have an impact not only with the Talent Acquisition team, but the entire organization! Our overall mission to have the best and the brightest talent within is a common company directive and therefore, acquiring and retaining high-quality talent is critical to the organizations success.

The role will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting process coordination throughout the recruiting life-cycle from sourcing through on-boarding. This includes interfacing personally with all levels of management and human resource professionals as well as internal and especially external candidates.

The ideal candidate will have the capability to execute sourcing strategies and must possess the mindset to establish the sourcing strategy and develop output that demonstrates a mastery of sourcing for this level of recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Directly source qualified, exceptionally talented candidates for a variety of open positions across all of our business units.
• Screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates,
• Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs.
• Search social networking databases for active and passive candidates.
• Communicate with candidates/new hires (phone and email) throughout entire hiring and orientation process.
• Manage application tracking system (www.jobscore.com)
• Schedule phone and onsite interviews.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sourcing and/or direct recruiting experience. International recruiting experience a plus
• 2+ years recruiting for Sales and G&A for a start-up, internet and/or online media/platform company. 
• Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple searches and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques in the recruiting space.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Action oriented, results-driven individual.
• Able to make sound and timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• BA or BA degree.
A Plus: 
Have worked at an ad serving technology company (DoubleClick, Atlas), an ad network (ValueClick, 24/7 Real Media, Ad.com), Yield Optimization/Supply-Side Platform Company (Almeld, Rubicon Project, AdMarvel, Nexage) and/or Online Media Company.
Knowledge with Internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends and technologies. 
Understanding of online ad operations, ad networks, exchanges & real time bidding.
International recruiting experience. 

The candidate should have an understanding of the Online Advertising Industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity. High energy and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
