Passing away of Mr. David Seegobin

Dear NSBE Family,

I am deeply troubled to inform you that our beloved E-board member,
Mr. David Seegobin, has passed away of a heart attack, while on
vacation in Trinidad. I have been in touch with his family members in
the States and will be sending an additional email regarding funeral
arrangments and sending a care package to the family.
