Attendance: Mike B, Andre, Al-Amin, Joslynn, Sandy, Gesnel, Marie, Gladys, Shaunna

 

Saturday June 8^th Greater Boston Food Bank

-Volunteer event @ 9am-1pm

-70 South Bay Avenue in Roxbury/Boston near the South Bay Shopping Center right off Route 93. Directions are here: http://www.gbfb.org/contact/contact.php 

 -Mike, Sandy & Marie can’t make it.

Action Item: Al-Amin will draft email

Elections - June 13^th – Thursday @ Draper

 -Nexus to be given away as a raffle if we have 25 or more paid members present on June 13^th

 -We should utilize committees more and nominate more people

 Action Item: Mike will draft email to emphasize on nominations

 Nominations deadline has been moved to June 10th

 Constitution

Action Item: Gesnel to draft email about constitutional votes to support absentee votes

 

End of Year Dinner ---- TBD 27th-30^th

Action Item: Al-Amin will create Doodle
