hey everyone,

a company I interviewed with has a requirement of writing an essay on integrity as part of their process.  you're supposed to take from personal experiences, but i'm completely blanking.

by chance, do any of you remember a NSBE situation this year in which i demonstrated integrity?  feel free to respond individually. thanks in advance!

I think that you have an extremely high level of integrity that is displayed each and every meeting. As the treasurer, it is expected, but your lived it by often challenging the team to assure that the members $ was put to good use and appropriately allocated. You pushed back about what membership $ is used for (gala, kimball farms, etc.) I think integrity is ingrained in your character.

include specific things you did not agree with and how the group reached a decision.

Shaunna,

thanks for the response and the kind words. unfortunately, I submitted my essay on Thursday, so I'm not able to incorporate your great points. Joslynn provided me with some feedback on Thursday, so I think I was able to make it work.

Have a good weekend.

Dude you were a chapter treasurer responsible for all our funds...I mean I check daily but last I checked its all there. Thank you for showing some integrity and not moving to Canada! When there was a potential lack of someone running for chapter President, you showed integrity by stepping up to lead the chapter. You help make sure that we do what we say we are going to do. That takes integrity!

Run with any of these and good luck!!
