[nsbasic-ce] New installation of CE

I created an application with NSBasic-CE a few years ago but haven't used it since. I am now working with a new computer and a customer wants some revisions to the code. I can find the code module (extension of .nsb) but can't open it. I also can find NSBasic.exe but only get a red "X" when trying to open. Is it possible to get a new installation?
