Dear All,
We are excited to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, 2025, and we warmly invite you and your family to join us for a meaningful and memorable afternoon!
🌿 This year’s AGM will include:
• A relaxed, picnic-style gathering in an outdoor setting
• Delicious food and light refreshments
• An engaging open forum for feedback and discussion
• Executive committee elections
• Fun, community-building moments with fellow students and families
📍 Venue: To be announced (Most likely Meewasin Park)
🕒 Time: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
