NEED A PLACE TO STAY!!!

I will be taking a course at Dalhousie University this summer and I
need a place to stay from July 4 to August 21. I'm a mature,
responsible, clean, French, bilingual, 20 year old (well, I will be
then) male from New Brunswick. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I don't
go out much, I rarely drink and I'm definitely not a party animal. Is
it just me or do I sound boring? I'm currently studying at the
University of Ottawa. I'm basically looking for a clean and cheap roof
to keep me dry at night, preferably within walking distance of Dalhousie
or close to a bus stop. It can be a room by itself, in an apartment or
in a house, with or without roommates, furnished or not. I don't need a
living room and if it's cheap enough I don't even need a kitchen because
in that case I'll eat at the university's cafeteria. Heck, If I can
camp in your backyard and use your bathroom, it's fine with me. I'm
really not difficult. Rent must be $250 a month or less (obviously) or
$75 a week, including everything in both cases. My email address is
