error in tcl

i am new to NS-2 , tried running the code attached getting some errors

 invalid command name "Agent/RSUBeaconProtocol"
    while executing
"Agent/RSUBeaconProtocol instproc recv {source sport size data} {
$self instvar node_ ConnectionFlag_ PreviouslyConnectedRSUID_
global ns RSU_BROADCAST..."

.... shows some snippets of code which can be used in an ns2 simulation.

These snippets of code can also be used as individual configuration files, to be sourced in a simulation.tcl .

Conditions : The executable 'ns' must be patched with the " RSUBeaconProtocol".

Like some C++ code, and "RSUBeacon" entries to ns-2.35/tcl/lib/ns-files.tcl
