Preventing Black Hole attack in NS2

I need some help regarding the black hole attack. while preventing black hole attack in NS2 we use to languages is TCL and C++. I just want to know that can we prevent any attack using Tcl or prevention techniques should be coded in C++ only?

Sir,

Thank you so much for your usual support. Can you help me a little bit? In AODV, the node that replies first considered sending data. Can you please help me out, what if I want to consider the first replied node for data transmission and saving the 2nd RREP in buffer or cache?
