No. Just patching ns2 with zrp patch and some other generic security patch, you will not get a "secured zrp" protocol.
I think this is not a way to devise a "secured zrp" protocol.🙂

so I have successfully patched ns2 with the security patch and zrp patch. Now I want to run a tcl script that employs the security packet in zrp simulation how to do so?

I think, that generic security patch is not necessary. 

You have to implement your own security model/algorithm inside that default ZRP code.
