Hi Mr. Knudfl, and Friends,

I am using NS2, and I have WiMAX scenarios.

This code:

$ns duplex-link $sinkNode $bstation 100Mb 1ms DropTail

About: # create the link between sink node and base station by using DropTa= il Algorithm.

And:

As I know that code it's used for a wired connection.

My question is how about the wireless connection? How to identify the wireless connection and algorithms?

Many thanks.

Hi.

Your question .... is beyond my knowledge.

But I have a lot of Wimax examples. May that can help ...
The most common `wimax ex´, "all mixed together": wimax-ex-all_10.2015.tar.gz

Not included in the above is the new version of the old "nist-mob wimax" :
wimax-802.16j-examples.tar.gz
https://drive.google.com/file/d/16iJ_Wt6QlJ4SMIccu4wyu8_JAAoF9u6a/view?usp=sharing
Ref. "ns2-802-16j-adaptive-quantum" :
A scheduling algorithm developed for IEEE 802.16j module used on ns2.
This module is a WiMAX NIST based version improved for multihop relay support. The original files were copied from Chang-Lung Wu in a project known as ns2-multihop-relay, but it is not supported anymore by author .

Thank you very much Mr. Knudfl,
I will check these codes and I am sure will find a lot of information.
really appreciated that.

Best Regards.
