Did you do any changes / adding a new protocol to this ns-2.xx ?
Which Linux OS are you using ?
a) $ uname -m
b) OS name and version.

OK,  Ubuntu 13.10 - <Unknown architecture>.
If you have the 32bits version, you can use "g++41 for Ubuntu 12.10.. 14.04".
Deciding if you have a 32bits (i686), or 64bits (x86_64) ,
.. please show the reply from this command :  $ uname -m <Enter>

Building ns-2.34  /  balackholeaodv ......
.. please start from scratch in a new folder in /home/<name>/  :
$ tar xvf ns-allinone-2.34.tar.gz
$ cd ns-allinone-2.34/
$ patch -p0 < blackholeaodv2013-ns234_4.patch
$ export CC=gcc41 CXX=g++41 && ./install
$ cd ns-2.34/
$ sudo make install
....  Then you can use all the examples from "blackholeaodv2005-examples-1.tar.gz".
