RSU is basically a static node ,  i.e. a node with no movement.  You decide the communication.

The codes that you shared are giving these errors, kindly let me know how to avoid them. I am mentioning them in the image attached here.
The tcl file "test_vanetRSU.tcl" as well as "vanet-RSU.tcl", both are giving these errors

What do you mean?  That's the nature of ns2: traffic from a node to another node.

..... All? possible situations / combinations is already there .... in the existing C++ code.

I meant that vehicle send message to base station (rsu.).

Sir give me c++ c++ source code that how packets generated and how we send this to rsu.
