I want to implement congestion avoidance in wsn using Learning Techniques.. I have implemented wsn using  ns2 , to generate dataset, CSV, ..

Pls suggest - wether ns2 can be used to implement machine learning algorithms ..your suggestion will help me to implement project.. pls guide.. if there is any other way.. as wsn dataset is not available for congestion prevention.
