A single individual perched in a deciduous tree at water's edge. Rather plump given winter conditions but with small, rounded head, small dark bill, prominent white eye ring, buffy wing markings and a pale, unmarked breast seen before the bird flew up to a higher branch with its back to me. Dark tail tip visible. Photos. Englishtown Hall, Victoria Co., Dec. 30, 2021 at approximately 12:55 p.m.Bethsheila Kent
