Thanks for the solstice gathering, and cookie recipe

Hi ESEC folks. I wanted to express my thanks to Emily for organizing and
hosting the ESEC solstice gathering on Friday. The HRM Findlay Centre
turned out to be a great place to meet up and exploring the surroundings
for birds. And Emily thanks for bringing those awesome solar-powered
toys for us to play with!

For our lunch I had brought some Lime Pepita Cookies - recipe attached
for those looking for a quick, easy, tasty cookie recipe.
