ESEC Meeting and PD Day workshops

Happy Monday everyone!

This is a reminder email that our next ESEC meeting will be on Friday Sept. 26 at 10AM. A link with a meeting invite will be sent the week of. 

We will be catching up as well as discussing the Environmental PD Day we have offered in the past. (details below)

Environmental PD Day:

- Oct 24 at Shubenacadie Wildlife Park from 9AM - 3PM

- Organizations / individuals present a workshop on their topic of choice

- Time slots are 45 mins or 1 hour 

- There will be a camp for kids ages 6 - 12 with priority given to those presenting and teachers attending ($40, from 8:30AM - 4:30PM)

If interested in presenting a workshop, please reply with the following information:

- Name and Organization

- Contact info (email and/or phone)

- Grade level(s) workshop suited for

- Session Title

- Session Description

- Space needed for workshop (classroom w/ sink, classroom w/ projector, outside - field or trails, outside - pond)

- Maximum number of participants (15, 20, etc)

- Time needed
