TrailFlicks: Film Nights with Hike NS
Join Hike NS in November for its TrailFlicks fundraiser where we’ll watch amateur short films by or about local outdoor adventurers. Tickets are $17 to $20. Popcorn is included and there are door prizes provided by The Trail Shop. Locations include Bible Hill (Nov. 14), Antigonish (Nov. 15), Mahone Bay (Nov. 21) and Halifax (Nov. 22). Guided Hike for Blind & Partially Sighted Hikers: Nov. 16
Join Hike NS in Cole Harbour on November 16 for a free guided hike for blind and partially sighted hikers and their guests, including bus transportation. NS Walks Walk Leader Training: Nov. 18

Exploring Beyond the Trail with Benoit Lalonde: Nov. 27
Taking place on November 27 at MEC Halifax, Hike Nova Scotia and Mountain Equipment Company will host a talk by Benoit Lalonde, Exploring Beyond the Trail: A Workshop on Finding Hidden Waterfalls and Natural Treasures. It is supported by the NS Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage and Mountain Equipment Company.
