[GSoC 2026] Flent Application API Integration - Week 8 Update

Hi everyone,
Here is a brief progress update for The Final Week (Week 8) of the Flent Application API Integration project.
1. Resolved multiple cleanups, formatting issues, and small bug fixes.
2. Updated the Flent documentation by integrating visual figures and fixing some details in flent.rst and flent-application-test-suite.cc.
3. Squashed the commits in both working branches (nlohmann-json and GSoC-2026-flent-application) based on mentors suggestion for a clean commit history.
