ns-3.44 published

Hi all, today I was happy to finally publish ns-3.44 (https://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-3-44/).  This release adds a new Zigbee module (thanks to Alberto's multi-year effort, with help from Tommaso and others), two new Wi-Fi trace helpers, and many other improvements listed in the release notes and changes files.  We had 22 people contribute, including 8 new contributors.  We can now start work on ns-3.45, which is scheduled for May.  If you are interested in working on this release or on finalizing a contribution, please let us know soon.
