ns-3.45 published

Hi everyone, ns-3.45, our second release for 2025, is now published at https://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-3-45/.  This release adds a new DHCPv6 model (Kavya Bhat's 2024 GSoC project) and continued enhancement of the Wi-Fi models with 320 MHz channel support and EMLSR model enhancements, among several other changes.  We had thirteen people contribute as authors during this cycle.  ns-3.45 is being published in a new way; the ns-allinone package is being redesigned to be published after the mainline release, containing ns-3.45 plus compatible contributed modules from the ns-3 App Store.  Users will eventually be able to download either the mainline release or a larger release with more contributed code.  I hope to publish ns-allinone-3.45 in about a month, and ns-3.46 is planned for September; if you are interested in working on this release or on finalizing a contribution, please let us know soon.
