I have released ns-3.48, posted on our web server (https://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-3-48), and also tagged as ns-3.48 in git and available on GitLab.com. This release adds mobility model support for low-earth orbiting (LEO) satellite constellations, 6LoWPAN Neighbor Discovery models, a Sionna RT channel model for supporting ray-traced phased-array propagation modeling, and Wi-Fi models for Power Save mode and a new round-robin MAC queue scheduler, among other small features and bug fixes.
As usual, we thank the authors (twenty-four are credited) and reviewers for this release. I will next work on the ns-allinone-3.48 release which will extend ns-3.48 with contributed modules from the ns-3 App Store. The next ns-3 release is scheduled for September.
